I am super excited to announce the next dates of Shred Ready: Snow Fitness! The inaugural edition of SHRED READY: SNOW FITNESS kicked off with a bang earlier this month, a motley bunch of snow-hungry fitness fiends got to grips with my tailored workout to prime the body for winter trips to the mountains (or in the UK, our equivalent of Whistler, the snow domes!!). Shred Ready: Winter Fitness is a bespoke workout suitable for skiers and snowboarders (I don't discriminate ;)) tailored specifically to get your body in optimum condition for winter shred. We will be focusing on the following elements that are crucial to snow fitness:
-Strength and Power
-Agility and flexibility, balance and coordination
-Decreasing the risk of injury
-Shred harder, longer, land those tricks!!
DATES: 17th November, 8th December, 15th December (Christmas Special!)
LOCATION: Quiksilver & Roxy Showroom, Shoreditch
TIME: Arrive 7:15pm for a 7:30pm start. One hour workout, 15 minutes stretch, followed by drinks. Around 1:45 minutes in total.
PRICE: £15 pre-pay
INCLUDED: One hour workout plus 15 minute stretching, a free drink (beer, cider or peanut butter banana protein drink, made by moi)
BRING: Wear fitness gear/trainers, stoke and a smile, a water bottle, a matt if you fancy
